All design services require a 50% deposit upfront, which is nonrefundable. Once a design project has been confirmed and work has begun, the service cannot be cancelled. It is recommend that all clients schedule a consultation prior to confirming any design service to discuss project requirements and address any questions/concerns upfront.
Rush requests will be charged an additional fee. A rush request includes Logo, Website and Stationery designs. *Any project requesting completion under 2 weeks is considered a ‘rush’ request.
With every logo design, you will receive up to 3 prototypes to choose from. Your design can be customized up to 3 times before final edits are completed.
Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM EST. We are not available on weekends or holidays. If your project is urgent and requires us to be available during ‘off hours’ an additional charge may apply.
Once you have confirmed a website design service with us, and have paid your deposit, the project cannot be cancelled. We require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable. Should the client choose to go in a different direction once work has begun, the remaining balance will be due as agreed upon.
